     my maxisys app doesn't auto load, I have to click the app to load it.... anyone with suggestions to cure this

     if you have registered your tool, go to the support login and  file the issue under 'your issue'

    Autel should help you out

    If You have a sd card in the slot that will happen .

     thanks all for the help.....Screechie was right, I reseated the sd card and all is normal now.
